Pineapple Fluff (Garnish For Jell-O Desserts)

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons sugar

1 dash salt

1 large egg white stiffly beaten

4 tablespoons canned -- grated pineapple
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fold sugar and salt into egg white. Fold in fruit and beat with rotary egg beater until well mixed. Chill. Use, instead of whipped cream, as garnish for Jell-O desserts. Should be served immediately. Makes garnish for 6 servings. Recommend you use meringue powder instead of raw egg.
