Cherry jam

Ingredients:


4 cups therally chopped cherrys mush aswell

1 package pectin (2 x 2 1/2 inch box)

1/4 cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


take a 4 cup cuntainer with (mesurements)and get 4 cups of pitted cherrys. Fill it. Next blend or chop the cherrys in a blender or in the container.till you get 4 cups of lumpy cherry liquid. Then take the box of pectin and pour it in to a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. set a timer for 30 minutes. Do not touch or stir it till the timer goes. then stir heavily for 3 minutes. then pour into jars.

 

Nutritional Information:

boil some water and pour into a bowl put the lids to the jars in it. then fill the jars with the water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. this prosess can be used with rasberrys strawberrys and many more goodluck
