2 cups water -- tepid
2 packages quick yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup salad oil
5 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation / Directions:

Make a sponge with all ingredients using only half of the flour. Mix on low for 10 minutesKnead in remaining flour. Allow to rise twice and press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Brush top with Olive Oil. Top with chopped garlic. Sprinkle with Rosemary and coarse salt. Let rise again. Bake 375F for 30 minutes
