Ingredients:


4 ounces eggless fettuccine

1 cup 1% cottage cheese

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 teaspoons butter flavored sprinkles -- (butter buds)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 ounces eggless fettuccine

1 cup 1% cottage cheese

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 teaspoons butter flavored sprinkles -- (butter buds)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook fettuccine according to pkg. directions, omitting salt. While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce; combine remaining ingredients in food processor (or blender) and process until VERY smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain pasta and cool slightly. Mix with sauce and serve immediately (sauce separates if it stands too long). Add pepper to taste.
