Quick Spaghetti With Meat Sauce

Ingredients:


1 pound raw ground turkey

3 tablespoons minced onion

1 cup water

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 can tomato paste -- (6 oz.)

2 tablespoons grated parmesan

2 cups hot cooked spaghetti
 

Preparation / Directions:


Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add turkey and onion; cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in water and Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes Or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
