1 1/2 teaspoons yeast -- (1 tsp)

1/2 teaspoon orange peel -- dried (1/2 tsp)

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon peel -- dried (1 tsp)

1/2 teaspoon salt -- (1/2 tsp)

3 cups all-purpose flour -- (2 c + 2 T)

3 tablespoons flour

6 tablespoons sugar -- (4 T)

2 large eggs -- (1 egg)

7 1/2 tablespoons butter -- (5 T)

6 ounces milk -- warmed (1/2 c.)

6 tablespoons raisins -- (4 T)

4 tablespoons almonds -- shredded (3 T)
