Ingredients:


1 loaf crusty baguette loaf -- cut into 12 slices

6 medium ripe plum tomatoes -- sliced in half

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat grill. Place bread on grill and cook until lightly toasted. Remove and squeeze juice and seeds from half a tomato on to each piece of bread.
