Ingredients:


2 cloves garlic -- mince

2 tablespoons olive oil

8 medium fresh plum tomatoes -- chop

1 can whole tomatoes -- chop

10 medium fresh basil leaves -- chop

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1 pound pasta -- cook

Preparation / Directions:


Sauté‚garlic until almost brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over pasta.
