1 cup semolina flour -- durum

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon water -- if and as needed

---ELECTRIC EXTRUDER---

1 1/4 cups semolina flour -- durum

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon water -- if and as needed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Follow whatever method you normally use to mix and knead your dough. Ingredients are given for Manual or Electric Machine. Makes approximately 1/2 pound.
