Garlic And Oil Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:


1/4 cup olive oil

15 large garlic cloves -- chopped

1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes

1/2 cup parsley -- fresh, finely

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper -- black

1/4 cup parmesan -- grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and parsley and cook until garlic is tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper and toss with hot pasta in a serving bowl. Mix in cheese, if used. Recommended pasta: 3/4 pound spaghetti or spaghettini
