Ingredients:


1 cup chopped basil leaves cleaned and dried

3 cloves garlic

1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts

1/2 cup parmesan cheese -- grated

1/2 cup good quality olive oil

Preparation / Directions:


In a blender, combine basil, garlic, nuts, and cheese. Slowly add oil while blender is running. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. From: Sallie Austin
