Preparation / Directions:In skillet heat oil over medium heat for 1 minute, add onions and fry for about 1 minute. Add garlic and ginger and continue frying for 1 minute. Add ground spices, mix well and add potatoes and tomatoes along with water and cook covered for 12 minutes. Add lima beans, mix, and cook for 5 minutes. Just before serving add salt and garnish.
