Ingredients:


48 ounces ricotta cheese

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 cans condensed milk

1 cup ghee
 

Preparation / Directions:


First heat ricotta cheese (low) till it becomes dry and crumbly. Then add sugar. Mix and cook till it becomes solid. Pour in condensed milk and cook further. Add ghee and stir a while. Remove when halva doesn't stick to your fingers. (Don't let it become too solid - it will solidify when you cool it
