Spicy Onion Relish

Ingredients:


1 medium chopped onion

1 teaspoon paprika*

5 tablespoons white vinegar or apple cider vinegar -- (may need more if you like it more sour)

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


* (you can add more if you can take the heat or add a few drops of orange-red food colour) Mix all the above mentioned ingredients together and keep refrigerated for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Does NOT freeze well.
