Ingredients:


16 tablespoons coriander seeds

4 1/2 tablespoons white cumin seed

2 tablespoons fennel seeds

2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds

2 pieces cassia bark

2 tablespoons cloves

3 pieces bay leaves

---GROUND SPICES---

2 tablespoons garam masala

2 tablespoons turmeric

1 tablespoon ginger
 

Preparation / Directions:


Roast and grind the whole spices. Add to ground spices and store in air-tight container.
