Cabbage Curry

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon urad daal

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 medium green chile

1 cup mixed vegetables

1 medium cabbage

1 teaspoon salt to taste

1/8 teaspoon turmeric
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oil, mustard seeds, Urad Daal, cumin seeds, and green chile. Roast for a few seconds. Add mixed vegetables. and cabbage. Sprinkle salt and turmeric. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes, then cover and
