Ingredients:


1 cup tied curds

1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon crushed red chillies

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds crushed

1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use to marinate vegetables, etc. as stated in recipe. Makes 1 1/2 cup marinate. Mix and refrigerate till required
