Ingredients:
50 grams sev |
50 grams fried peanuts |
50 grams phuliyan -- parwal or puffed rice |
1 teaspoon chile powder |
1/2 teaspoon mango powder -- (or) |
1/2 tablespoon thick tamarind pulp |
1 small onion -- very finely chopped |
4 teaspoons mustard oil |
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together well, tossing them in the mustard oil.
Serve immediately.
