Preparation / Directions:Heat oil and add mustard seeds, black gram dal and red chiles. When brown, add turmeric and curry leaves. Fry for a minute and add mashed potatoes, salt and sambar powder. Cook on a low fire until dry. Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
