Ingredients:


1/2 cup sugar

4 large egg whites

1 can lowfat evaporated milk -- (12 oz)

2 tablespoons freeze-dried coffee

2 teaspoons vanilla

3/4 cup half and half
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sugar and egg whites and mix thoroughly. Add milk and thicken over medium heat. Stir in coffee to dissolve. Cool. Add vanilla, and half and half. Crank up the ice cream machine...
