Ingredients:


2 quarts scalded milk

4 packages knox gelatin

4 cups sugar

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1 pint cream

1 can carnation milk

3 tablespoons vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring milk almost to a boil. Then soften gelatin in water (2 tb water for each package gelatin). Add this to hot milk. Also add the sugar and salt to hot milk. Cool. Add the cream and vanilla last and freeze.
