Cream Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients:


24 ounces cream cheese softened

2 1/2 cups sugar

4 large eggs

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons vanilla

5 cups light cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large mixer bowl beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer on med. speed till smooth. Beat in the eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla till combined. Stir in the light cream. Freeze in a 4 o5 5 quart ice cream freezer according to the manufacturers directions.
