Cherry Wine Ice Cream

Ingredients:


4 large eggs

2 cups milk

2 cups sugar

2 1/2 cups cherry wine

---milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk -- (13 oz)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put eggs and milk in double boiler and heat until steaming hot throughout. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat; add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Chill; add Cherry wine. Put mixture into 4-quart ice cream freezer container and add enough milk to bring mixture to fill line.
