Butterscotch Sauce For Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1 large Egg Yolk -- slightly beaten

1/4 Cup Butter

1/4 Cup Water

2/3 Cup Brown Sugar

1/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients and mix well. Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring frequently. Stir before using.
