Booza (Syrian Ice Cream)

4 pints cream
3 pints half and half
8 pieces miskey -- (med.) pound very fine between 2 pieces waxed paper
3 1/2 cups sugar
7 teaspoons salhab
1 teaspoon orange flower water -- masahir

Preparation / Directions:

Combine the first 3 ingredients in pan and cook until mixture reaches boiling point. Add the sugar and Salhab together to the above mixture a little at a time. Bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon orange flower water (Masahir) and cool. Freeze.
