Banana Split Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1 cup chopped pecans -- sauteed in butter

6 large eggs -- beaten until frothy

2 cups sugar

1 can condensed milk -- (14 oz)

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla -- (1 1/2 to 2)

3 medium bananas -- mashed

1 can crushed pineapple -- drained

1 jar maraschino cherries -- chopped

2 cups half and half

1 cup milk - add to the fill line
 

Preparation / Directions:


Gradually add sugar to beaten eggs; stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Combine fruits and add. Stir in Half and Half. Add milk to fill line.
