Ingredients:


1 medium whole-wheat bagel -- or plain

2 tablespoons neufchatel low-fat cream cheese

3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley leaves

1 teaspoon dried cranberries -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut the bagel in half, and lay each half on a plate. Spread each bagel half with half the cream cheese. Sprinkle the parsley evenly over the cream cheese and press into place. Attractively arrange chopped cranberries on the surface of the wreath. 2 servings/Serving size: 1/2 bagel
