Cheese Boats Stuffed With Ham And Butterkase

1/2 pound diced imported german butterkase -- (cheese)
1/4 pound diced imported ham
1/4 pound diced mushrooms
2 teaspoons imported german spicey brown mustard
4 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt pepper and paprika -- to taste
2 medium bread rolls 8 inch

Preparation / Directions:

Combine imported German Butterkase, imported ham, diced mushrooms, German spicey brown mustard and 4 egg yolks together in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut two 8" rolls in half lengthwise. Scoop out enough of the bread to form cavities about 1 1/2" deep. (Save bread for making croutons or bread crumbs.) Distribute cheese mixture evenly in the 4 bread "boats." Broil 6" from heat 3-5 minutes or until bubbly Variation: Use baked potatoes in place of rolls. Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 3-5 minutes
