Guacamole Chamacuero

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion -- (heaping)

3 medium serrano chiles -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

2 cups crushed avocado pulp

3/4 cup finely diced firm ripe pears

1/2 cup quartered seedless grapes

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Crush the onion, chiles and salt together to a paste. Stir in the avocado pulp, fruits, juice and half the pomegranate seeds. Mix well. Sprinkle with remaining seeds and serve at room temperature. Makes about 3 cups.
