Enola's Grilled Or Baked Herb Corn

4 ears corn on the cob
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine -- melted
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil -- crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon chile powder

Preparation / Directions:

Prepare grill or preheat the oven to 350F. Shuck the corn and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Brush the mixture all over each ear of corn. Wrap each ear in a double thickness of aluminum foil. Grill method: place on grill away from coals or flame and cover. Turn after 15 minutes. Cook for about 30 minutes total. Oven method: place wrapped corn on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 min.
