24 pieces disjointed chicken wings -- tips discarded
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 medium Onion salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
---Peanut Sauce---
1/4 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup peanut butter -- up to 1/3
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat broiler. Sprinkle chicken with garlic and onion salts and pepper. Place on rack and broil or grill 4 to 6 inches from heat until crisp and brown. Serve hot or at room temperature. Peanut Sauce: Combine in processor and serve at room temperature.
