Thai-Style Pork Chops

Ingredients:


4 chops Farmer John Pork Chops -- 1 1/2 inch thick 6 ounce

---MARINADE---

1 tablespoon chili powder

3 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red chilies -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 cup ginger - freshly grated

4 cloves garlic -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place lemon peel, garlic, ginger root, spices and water in a blender. Blend until smooth, spread about 2 teaspoons of paste on each chop, covering both sides. Cover chops and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Grill chops over medium hot grill for 7 to 8 minutes per side.
