Ingredients:


---basting sauce---

2 sticks butter

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons celery salt

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons white pepper

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons onion powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Grill over indirect heat (coals on opposite side of grill). Baste every 45 min or so. Source: This from the "All-American Grill Book"
