Marinated Sirloin Of Lamb with Garlic, Yogurt, Mint and Pepper

Ingredients:


2 chops lamb sirloins

8 ounces plain yogurt

4 cloves garlic -- minced

1/2 cup chopped poblano peppers

1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

1 bunch mint sprigs -- for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix the yogurt, cloves, peppers and mint. Spread this mixture all over the lamb in a mixing bowl and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Grill over high heat 5 minutes on first side and 4 minutes on reverse side. Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes. Slice and serve with fresh mint sprigs.
