Grilled Whole Pomfret

Ingredients:


4 medium sized pomfrets

100 milliliter oil for grilling

---FOR THE MARINADE---

100 milliliter oil

1 teaspoon salt to taste

2 tablespoons lime juice -- (30 ml)

3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons white pepper powder -- (10 g)

1 dash mixed herbs
 

Preparation / Directions:


CLEAN the pomfrets and slit them from both the sides. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and check the seasoning. Apply to the pomfrets and keep aside for 30 minutes. Grill the pomfrets for 10 to 15 minutes or till done. Serve on the hot sizzler tawa with accompaniments like boiled potatoes and tomatoes stuffed with spinach. Converted by MC_Buster.
