Grilled Tenderloin Steaks

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon ground allspice

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

12 ounces 1 inch thick tenderloin -- steaks
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.) Prepare grill (high heat). Rub spice mixture generously into both sides of steaks. Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve hot. Bon Appetit - "Too Busy to Cook"
