Grilled Swordfish With Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

16 ounces swordfish steaks 1 inch thick
3 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary
2 small shallots -- , minced
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Recipe by Combine rosemary, shallots, wine, lemon juice and pepper in shallow dish. Add fish and turn to coat both sides with marinade. Cover with plastic and refrigerate. Make the sun-dried tomato sauce (recipe follows). Grill fish and top with sun-dried tomato sauce.
