4 pounds whole squid -- skinned and cleaned
2 tablespoons olive oil -- to brush on squid
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
1 medium sweet and sour cucumber salad w marinade -- see * note

Preparation / Directions:

* Note: See the "Sweet And Sour Cucumber Salad With Marinade" recipe which is included in this collection. Brush the squid lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. Slice squid in 1/2-inch slices. Toss with Sweet And Sour Cucumber Salad With Marinade. Serve.
