Grilled Sour Cream Burgers

1/2 cup commercial sour cream/French onion dip
3 tablespoons fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 pound ground beef
4 medium hamburger buns -- buttered and toasted

Preparation / Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add ground beef; stir until blended. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick. Grill over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
