Preparation / Directions:
Preheat grill for 10 minutes. Alternate beef, green pepper and mushrooms on four 12-14 inch skewers.
Place kabobs on cooking grid. Brush with seasoned butter.
Grill at medium with hood closed until well seared, 10-15 minutes, turning over and brushing with baste several times. Add cherry tomatoes to skewers during last 2 minutes of grilling.
For Seasoned Butter:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp parsley.
Mix together and use as a baste.
