Grilled Oriental Pork Chops

4 chops boneless pork chops 1/2 in to 3/4 inch thick
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic -- minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation / Directions:

In heavy resealable plastic bag, combine the marinade ingredients. Add the pork chops and turn chops to coat evenly. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or even better for 8 hours. Grill uncovered over MEDIUM heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once. Quick
