2 medium Vidalia onions
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation / Directions:

Slice onions, rub them with oil, season with salt and pepper, and splash them with balsamic vinegar. Place on the grill, until desired doneness.
