Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich

1/2 cup Grey Poupon Parisian mustard
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 pieces chicken breasts -- boneless, skinless
4 pieces steak or hoagie rolls split and toasted 6 inch
4 bunch leaves curly leaf lettuce
8 medium tomato slices

Preparation / Directions:

In small bowl, combine mustard, honey, lime juice and garlic powder; reserve 1/2 cup mustard mixture. Grill chicken breasts 6" from heat source for 6 to 10 minutes or until done, turning and brushing with remaining mustard mixture occasionally. On the bottom of each roll place lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 1 chicken breast; top with 2 tbs reserved mustard mixture and roll top. Source: Grey Poupon coupon leaflet.
