Grilled Chicken Sandwich - 2

1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
4 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 slices American or cheddar cheese
1 loaf loaf French bread cut into half lengthwise
1 medium lettuce
4 tablespoons salsa or picante sauce

Preparation / Directions:

Heat grill. Mix seasonings, sprinkle on each chicken breast. Place chicken on grill over medium coals. Grill 6 minutes on each side OR until cooked through. Top with cheese slice, grill until cheese is melted. Cut bread into 4 sandwich size sections. For each sandwich, top bottom half of bread with lettuce, chicken salsa and top half of bread.
