Salata Horiatiki (Country Salad)

Ingredients:


12 small plum tomatoes

3 medium cucumbers

2 small onions

1 medium green pepper

1/2 pound feta cheese -- (or to taste)

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

1 can olives
 

Preparation / Directions:


Clean and cut tomatoes into bite-sized pieces Cut cucumbers. Mince onions and peppers. Cut up feta cheese. Place all these in bowl, add olives. Season. Toss well. Serve with oil and vinegar dressing.
