Ingredients:


3 cups onion

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup parsley

1/4 tablespoons garlic

1/2 pound italian sausage

1 pound ground round

32 ounces tomato sauce

1 cup water

1 cup white wine

1/2 cup red wine

2 tablespoons tree ears

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon rosemary

1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat oil in a dutch oven, over a medium flame add onions and saute until transparent add garlic and parsley, saute for 2 minutes add italian sausage and ground beef, saute until well browned drain well add remaining ingredients cover and simmer for 3 hours, over a low flame, stirring often skim well serve hot
