Ingredients:

1 medium red cabbage
1 piece bay leaf
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 small apples
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:

Shred cabbage finely. Peel and slice apples. Add all ingredients. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
