Ingredients:


1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

6 cups tomato juice

2 cups beef broth

1/2 cup onion

1 cup tomato concasse

2 cups celery

1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups green bell pepper

2 cups cucumber

1 package croutons
 

Preparation / Directions:


COMBINE OIL AND LEMON JUICE, BEAT TO MIX WELL ADD TOMATO JUICE, BEEF BROTH, ONIONS, TOMATOES, CELERY, TABASCO, SALT, AND PEPPER-MIX WELL COVER AND CHILL FOR 2-24 HOURS POUR INTO INDIVIDUAL CUPS OR SMALL BOWLS GARNISH WITH BELL PEPPERS, CUCUMBERS, AND CROUTONS SERVE CHILLED
