Gazpacho Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

1 bottle Tomato Lime Dressing
16 ounces farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
1/2 cup cilantro chopped fresh
8 medium green onions sliced (1/2 cup)
2 large tomatoes seeded and coarsely chopped (2 cups)
1 large cucumber coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
1 medium bell pepper coarsely chopped
1 medium green Anaheim chili seeded and chopped
2 1/4 Ounces olives sliced ripe, drained
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Prepare Tomato Lime Dressing. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. 2. Mix pasta and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour vinaigrette over mixture; toss. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
