Crunchy Munchy Fudge

1/4 Cup margarine
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 Cup light corn syrup
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cups confectioners sugar -- sifted
2 Cups Rice Krispies cereal

Preparation / Directions:

Combine margarine, chocolate chips, corn syrup and vanilla in large saucepan. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Add confectioners sugar and cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Press mixture evenly into buttered 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
